Welcome to Pastors and Boards! My name is Heather Card. I’m a seminary student conducting research on the pastoral performance evaluation process within Canadian evangelical denominations.
Through the survey, I hope to discover what this process looks like, if/how church board members use theological principles to inform their pastoral evaluation process, and what makes the evaluation process a positive or negative experience.
